Blue Letter Bible is a free online Bible software that includes reference to the original Koine Greek and Hebrew with Strong's numbers (concordance reference) and audio Hebrew and Koine Greek pronunciation. A good Bible study tool.

Bible Gateway

Bible Gateway is a free online software that allows parallel scriptures to be compared between different versions of the Bible (e.g. KJV, NIV, ESV etc.) or to compare Bible between Bible of different languages. It is also a good search engines with many more features.
