Dr Chuck Missler started an institute named "Koinonia Institute" and which aims at studying the Bible thoroughly. Many of his videos are on Youtube. Touches more on technical aspects and history as well. Suited for technical listeners.

Pastor Chuck Smith ran a through-the-Bible-series called 'The Word for Today' (or some termed as C2000 series) going through the Books of the Bible verse by verse. Not too technical. Suited for all the general public.
David Pawson
Rev. Pawson ran a series of video sermons called 'Unlocking the Bible' series. Good for book summary. Not too technical. Suited for all the general public.
Stephen Tong
Rev Stephen Tong's in depth sermons on book studies of the Bible is available online and in mp3 forms in retails (People's Bookstore). He covers a vast scope of the background on the book he preched on. Can be very technical and heavy on philosophy. Good for doctrinal understanding. Usually in bilingual (English and Mandarin)

Christian Communications (Canada) provides a series of Bible studies for Bible study groups. Contains a teacher's handbook, student hand books and VCDs (10-15 mins) for each leassons.

The Bible Project provides excellent short clip summary of the Book of the Bible. These clips are filled with comics and makes understanding easy and fun. .
